If you remain unhappy
If you are dissatisfied with our final response, or eight weeks have passed without a final response, you may be able to refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, which handles complaints about claims management companies through the Claims Management Ombudsman. The service is free to consumers.
Compliance review: The final published wording must match the firm's FCA status, permissions and final-response letter requirements. Add a reference number and authorisation wording only after they have been verified by compliance.
Data-protection complaints
